Purchase & license

One-time personal license for 1.x and all 1.x updates on up to two Macs. A 14-day trial needs no payment card. Activation requires internet; signed authorization lasts up to 30 days offline. Deactivate before moving to another Mac. Approved full refunds and chargebacks revoke the license; offline revocation takes effect on reconnection or token expiry. Discounts change price, not license rights.

Paddle handles payments and refund requests under its refund policy and applicable consumer rights. Contact Kevin Labs support with your order reference for assistance. No additional refund window is promised here.

Privacy

Mood, subscription, mood mapping and cooling-list records stay on your Mac and are not uploaded to the authorization service. Screenshot recognition is on-device. JSON backups are plain text and saved to a location you choose. Activation sends a random installation ID and license key to the authorization service. The service stores hashed license keys and email indexes, order references, activation state and device slots, rather than hardware UUIDs. Paddle processes payment information and the purchase email; Resend delivers license emails. Online requests also expose connection metadata such as IP addresses to the services handling them. Support information is used to resolve your request. Contact support for privacy requests; third-party records follow their policies.

MindCharge is a personal record and reflection tool, not financial advice or mental health diagnosis. Mood links do not establish causation. Local notifications require permission and may be affected by system settings, shutdowns and the reminder queue. You remain responsible for cancelling payments with service providers and keeping backups.
